dr.dre phone is overrated.
i like the tangle-free cable design only.

im using ER4 looks good on mobile device.
price is lower than beats tour also.

at least some people realise this.

I think custom rom or latest kk5 do not have this so call os bug

Ok you file experts is rooted since you are able to see the file. Never use this app before, but normally you need to enable read/write to change system stuff. Otherwise by default it should be only read only. Root explorer and ES file explorer usually works well.
