Avast can be uninstalled. The theft app is a separate app that got different name. It is suppose to be installed as system app (so no uninstall function). Only way, flash new rom through cwm or you know the app name and delete the apk manually.

Still not easy to estimate but i think if not play games should be able to last. In this case depends your on 3G or 2G data and for how long as from what i experience, main juice sucker is screen, second is data connection...

Is it possible to uninstall avast mobile antivirus, and only leave the mobile theft behind? I'm worried the antivirus would drain my battery

Dont use proxy first, go amazon load it up, then enable proxy and click get app, once it finish authenticating and start say download, disable the proxy then alakazam! U get free app

I read at another thread for rooting 9100G at there, all of them said no ROM for it.. So, what is the rom available for 9100G?  I am new to rooting and google it, ALL stated for I9100 only...

Wah.. why got so many SMS backup & restore which one is the reliable one?

ES file explorer. Its free. You must allow SU for the app then remember to activate read/write to rename or move the file. Default should be read only.

I dunno cos i dun use ES.    I use root explorer. Root explorer also dun have the square, but if you swipe fast enough it can scroll really fast.
