all SME white are G sets. Cuz the white here started selling after G were introduced. Mine is AP, got it before they sell white officially in m'sia, that is why it is non G

how come after switch APN type to MMS only it show like this..
when switch to Internet or internet + mms it has the option to select

for flashing kernel, can we use the CWM Manager to flash the kernel zip file?

reading again..

go install KIES

plug in cable

launch KIES

See if got update for your phone.

means need to get KIES from market first?

If you mean the CWM manager app, kernel zip file flash with "flash update". Kernel zimage or tar file with "flash kernel"

thru kies:

1. update ur kies

2. untick "usb debugging" in settings

3. connect ur device

4. run kies and go for device update


thru odin:

1. dl odin and the rom files u wan

2. ensure u edi got kies for the samsung driver

3. exit ur kies

4. run odin

5. power off ur phone, wait 10 secs, then press vol-, home and power button altogether to boot into download mode

6. connect ur phone to pc

7. wait till odin's first bar turn yellow

8. put the zip files into correct place

9. dun touch other things except pda, modem and phone. if u r so pro to go n tick repartition or anything nearby there, goodluck have fun

10. all ready? press start and let it run.
