oouh thanks a lot for the info! yup i just realized the processor for those phones sucks.. anyway my boss is the one who's going to provide the funds to buy these phones.. and I don't think your recommendation fits his budget (we're a very small company, mind you

) and he asks me to buy a low-end phones but with gps and accelerometer at least, since we would want our apps to work even on the low end phones.... so after few research, I think I'm going to buy Xperia Mini (http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_xperia_mini-3947.php) .. AP at lelong can get about RM500 ..is this phone good? don't really mind about the resolution though, because most probably he's going to get me an al-cheapo android tablet (with 800x480 resolution at least) after this so we can test our apps on bigger resolution el-cheapo..
xperia mini is the best in the price range

it have middle range processor msm8255 which same on xperia arc
and theoretically can do anything a middle high phone can do aside from its resolution
plus the msm8255 is quite popular among 2nd generation processor so you can find info more easy on the web
