haven gotten the phone
cuz the shop doesnt have the stock today, will be getting tmrw tho.

cpu doesnt affect the apps competiable . ( maybe it does on some games tho )

Better get some branded tablet as for now even branded tablet also quite cheap .

tab 10.1 , tablet s and A200 is about Rm1200 only original .

3. Specs = at least 1GHz processor
4. What you need in the phone: a phone that's have a very big community group and unlockable bootloader.

u sure? coz my last phone 256mb's useable ram is 178~180mb...

for 256mb , yes . If kill till nothing left include launcher .
Usable ram i assume is those which left after the phone run normaly ( which is below 100mb for 256mb ram )

If you mean the total ram after open the phone then 512mb will have 350mb something .

For modification and suport from comunity , currently galaxy s , nexus s , xperia arc , neo , ray

have afew pages of rom available and probably the thing you request will be fulfill very fast .

But hard find already .


s2 non g also have good suport and many rom and mod to play with . But no ori set already .

Galaxy nexus also have nice suport actually . Pages of rom let you choose .

GNex 1399, attractive but over budget
galaxy s exist, but only one shop got sell, and they sell it for 1099 @.@

saw xperia sola and xperia u's price quite attractive, gonna do my research first..

IMHO, i will try to fork out extra RM400 to buy nexus..as i feel it is very worth..if nexus s u can find some forumes sell in Garage sales..but bear in mind the risk of posted phone..as u in K.K..if willing to fokr out some money..go with Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy S2 non G unit...if cant..go for ARC S as they'll get ICS on stock rom...or Samsung Galaxy W...
