Ok, I've got it narrowed down to either a Samsung Galaxy SII or a HTC Sensation XE.

I'm eyeing a secondhand non-G that someone's selling for RM1450.  Should I go for it or is there any reason I should go for a Sensation XE instead?
*
If that SGS2 in good condition why not.but u must check properly and if the phone is sme set then thats good price..make sure phone still got warranty..Sensation Xe also good phone or u also can consider Razr..if can wait then go for Xperia S icon_rolleyes.gif

Tq. I think this phone is available via resellers?
I actually want to sign-up for celcom RM88 for a yr or 1.5yr. From the phone selection list, I have a few choices.
Galaxy s2, s+, or W. (well semua samsung cool2.gif )
Is the android a "hardware hungry program"?
Pardon me cos i really a noobie with android system.
I did consider moto razr, but its outa my budget. Duwan 2spend so much on a phone cos i gona dump some $ on music instruments.

depending on what u wan to use the phone with android of cos, so far the slowest cpu that can support android that i know is 600mhz, thats g-mini, my friend using it and when play angry birds it got lag.

rendering a graphic, calculations or watching video requires cpu, RAM specifically dont pose much of a problem since RAM purpose is to keep temporary file inside it until closed/saved.

these r just what i understand about cpu and ram... not very sure about phone systems. but should be the same concept. hope this info wont confuse u guys out there

Yeah u got a point bout the RAM concept.
I just wana get the feel of a android program. It was coincidence i have sum $ to "play" another phone set. kiddingx3
I just use it for vids, listen songs & surf d net.
I guess everyone who own a big screen phone will feel that "not so gud feeling" when switchin to a smaller screen set. I want a bigger screen.
That's my only requirement. Between the samsung S+ and W, which is a better? I baca d comparison in GSMarena, the S+ is better in term of the
- display (S+ had super amoled)
- bigger screen
- larger internal H/Disk

Anyone own this two phone before? Mind to give ur feedbacks? Thank you again

surely g-s+ wins in terms of direct comparison, cpu r the same just like u stated,i only know that g-w pricing in msia is around 1k, not sure about s+, should be 1.2-1.5k, not really sure, if got extra y not go for s+, at least u dont need to keep to plug into pc, swap between movies when the memory is full, largest would be phablet, g-note... haha with 16gb internal memory of cos...

i noticed u mentioned earlier to go for phone with postpaid plan, in my own opinion though, its not worth it to me since the costs would be much higher than u buy the set only, im the type dont like to have lots of phone numbers at my arsenal.
