not even GDDR5 can compensate that...
feels more like a direct competitor to Radeon HD7700M and HD7600M, whose predecessor (HD6700M) ve probably burnt a hole in the market share of GT 555M and 550M...

Unless the game benchmarks prove that the 128-bit bus isn't a limitation, looks like I'm going back to supporting AMD this year.

Can anyone explain gpu in xps 1340?
I'm confuse because couldn't get accurate information about it. Is Geforce 9400m+210m = 9500m? How to check my discrete memory for my laptop. |

^ Uhh.. G210M only 64 bit, i don't think it's enough for medium gaming.
i thought XPS 1340 have dual graphic? try check bottom left of the GPU-Z windows.. there is a drop down selection. |

^ it's the other way around.
QUOTE In conjunction with a chipset from Nvidia with integrated graphics (e.g. 9400M), the G 210M supports Hybrid-SLI (HybridPower and GeForceBoost). HybridPower is a technique to choose between the integrated and dedicated graphics core, if performance or battery runtime is needed. This works only in Windows Vista (and possibly Windows 7). Up to now the user has to use a tool to switch between the GPUs. Later Nvidia wants to switch automatically in the drivers. GeForceBoost uses the integrated graphics core of the Nvidia chipset (e.g. 105M) and the dedicated of the G 210M in SLI mode to achieve better frame rates. |
