The example is pretty good. Continue with it? Now we need the Red Camp soon too. hmm.gif

Seems like an even more efficient architecture compared to the GF106 resulting in almost 10% improvement in benchmarks.

So its not a competitor to the m14x after all miahahaha  brows.gif  brows.gif

Well it could be. A more efficient architecture compared to the M14x's GT555M can do wonders.

and to think that GT 635M will have the same craziness...

I think the GT635M would be more streamlined to only the 144SP, 128-bit DDR3 version?

Performance should be slightly lower and higher than the GTX560M for the GT640M and GT650M respectively.

hello all. computer-world-new-comer here. im using Nvidia GeForce GT520M. Any comments, myths, facts that i should know?

cool2.gif oh well.  shakehead.gif  im in class 3.  vmad.gif thought it was better.  shocking.gif

Nothing much about it, it's a decent entry level solution. Can play most games, just need to sacrifice on the details.

Unless the game benchmarks prove that the 128-bit bus isn't a limitation, looks like I'm going back to supporting AMD this year.

^ Uhh.. G210M only 64 bit, i don't think it's enough for medium gaming.

i thought XPS 1340 have dual graphic? try check bottom left of the GPU-Z windows.. there is a drop down selection.
*
Ain't the bus size that matters only, the G210M only has 16 SP but still pretty respectable.

Doubt so but Kepler's architecture seems like a departure from Fermi more like.

I just wonder how real world performance would be with so many SP but on a low bus width.

From Acer brochure GT640M got over P6000++ in Vantage. hmm.gif

For 3DMarks Vantage? hmm.gif

That puts it in the upper GT555M region.

Wow, that's some very serious claims there, looking forward to it!!  rclxms.gif

Don't be too certain. I'm already skeptical about that picture since the Intel logos for the Core-series are the first gen ones.
