Soft rubber dash or hard plastic? Now a day event an altis is hard plastic...  Same goes to the rar! Rar! RAR!

Basic price was 92k, add with my addon was total up to 99k.

With new dealership took over and rename it to Avante price increased by 5k.  85k sorry never heard... probably last min stock clearing, when changing dealership, I dont know.

What is the different between buying car in SD and Kah bintang? This question asked before but not answered. Will Kah Bintang selling Inokom Elantra also? Pricing seems different 

a friend appraised the latest hyundai elantra, mentioning of the car review and ranking in autocar magazine. the korean brand seems to be quite strong nowadays. then he made jokes, if the car is brought in malaysia and rebadged as inokom, the value will sure drop like hell and he laughed (confidently saying it's impossible to happen). i was then inform him... "err friend, it is rebadged as inokom". he was shocked to death!  

the malaysia perception of korean car is one thing. the perception of inokom brand is another thing! so guys, get ready for the inevitable....

Pricing was bad for the i30, during a period Hyundai's brand name was weaker than it is now.

Look wise, the rear is actually out of the box for it's time, but it's just priced too high for a Hyundai during that era.
The original price for the X20 is RM98,888, I visited Kah Bintang's showroom back in 2008 and it was priced that.
Half true, it was once split into 2 different dealer, Berjaya and Kah Bintang, when SD took over they merged the Hyundai under a single system all Kah Bintang's dealer are now dealers with HSDM.

No official pricing yet, there's no indication that the 22nd launch date will be changed either. Latest we heard is there's already a batch of Elantra at Inokom's assembly plant ready to go out.

Old already, can't really remember anymore. I liked the Elantra X20 actually cause it's one of the first few Asian c-segment with a youthful interior, got attracted by it's blue dash and fascia lighting.

Avante did sold out faster than expected when SD took over. Maybe because there aren't many units left or people likes it

On a not so related news. ASEAN NCAP is set to take off in April-May.

Dont fall into the trap of those peopel who "MUST" get a vios and end up with a Vios J spec... more or less a hollow milo tin with nothing inside 

even prius c OTR only RM104k ! come with halogen projector headlamps, cruise control and 7 airbags somemore!

technology now come cheap. the extra gadgets the Elantra comes with does not justify such a big increase from previous generation anymore, because other Japanese makes will also haf them when they refresh they line ups.

So I hope SD do consider the fact of future proofing the price, instead of slashing the price down the road, hurting the early adopters....

My SA said that Elantra will reach showroom around 20th Feb.
So that they can launch & show that car on 22Feb nationwide.
Price, they will know this week.
But tentatively from SD HQ 1.8 is 110K-120K.

Currently, they got around 500 booking nationwide.
But SD got around 1000+ stock when it launch.
So expected, pre booking customer will get car on Mac 2012.
No delay like sonata & tucson.

saw 4 elantras there - LHD white, black 1.8 high spec from previous post and the two below.

what i can seee there is the 1.6 high spec come with leather wrap steering & leather seats with red lining. door hand rest in leather but panel in plastic. No dual zone air cond and no touch screen HU.

1.6 manual do not have push start button. Others interior look similar with the previous one.

I was told by SA that Volester and i40 will be introduced here next June/July
