What is the distance from UTAR?

4 to 5km..

Where's the exact location? Any map? How many tolls I need to pass thru (coming from KL city centre) before reaching the site? (sorry not being sarcastic).

ONE toll @ batu 9 only....

Not 100% sure.. But somewhere around here..Location wise is close to Mahkota walk commercial area..

From the map, it looks like LRT is passing thru the site. Correct me if I'm wrong. Any price indicator? I believe this area is FH.

Smallest unit about rm450k +- about 1000sqft .buy buy buy !

RM450 psf for this location.. Seriously.. Its rather overprice although it came with array of facilities.. With this pricepoint can buy much better relative new launch in kl and puchong area.. Wondering if there arw buyers for this project..

Own stay better don't choose next to cemetery. That site very close to the cemetery. Next time your far relative come and look for you . Then you give direction . Tha landmark there is cementery . Dusty and noise another reason not to buy. When you sleeping at night suddenly if you awake by loud exploded sound. Don't panic because there might be lorry tyre puncture down there.
