lowest price available is 1022sf 350k about 343psf but of course larger unit will have lower psf.

A fren told me he can't get any loan after trying a few banks. He claimed that there are some issues with this project. Just wanna know if any other buyers facing the same problem. Maybe is his own problem after all.
