Just saw the model of this condo, pricing from $367k - 700k. All unit are detach type . This is worth buying than mahkota residence condo . It's more luxury. I like the sky lounge . And the grand drop off point.

Is the cable route connected to existing tnb station to extended the voltage or you confirmed they built the new one ? If new one , i believe the site will near hulu langat side. But not in the heart of bmc . and if connected to existing tnb site I don't think will affect the town ship here . So far I can't find where the existing main tnb station which supply power to bmc . I think the the main tnb is located far from bmc site. Somemore I saw the same pylon at bukit kiara near residential there but nobody complaint.

Well people at Bandar Mahkota r complaining i think, so if i were u i would hold off any potential purchases at the affected areas, unless u got money to burn and dont mind waking up next to 42m tall pylons view evefy morning, i saw in the Star some houses just beside the huge pylons

Reason being, you may hardly be able to find this similar type of produCts elsewhere that give you this type of features, facilities with this kind of price, around RM305psf for duplex unit and RM315psf for others plus it is FREEHOLD. Another point is the UTAR University is going to have another new block near the existing UTAR in Sg Long, the coming MRT station( expected to complete in 2016) at Bt 11 TOLL and the existing JUSCO in Bdr Mahkota Cheras. Well, been to the sales office yesterday, seems like this project was 80% sold. And the current offer was 5% discount for the common units, 10% for the penthouse units. Traffic in this area is congested but with the amenities and the UTAR, I personally think that this place still have the investment value of its own. Any bro here mind to share more opinions or any pros and cons bout this iresidence condominium.

New utar block is on the way , Chinese school is ready by next year hopefully. Klorr highway is under construction , got two connection to klorr highway at Sg long silk highway and another one at bmc. I think near section 5 and section 4 .
