Just saw the model of this condo, pricing from $367k - 700k. All unit are detach type . This is worth buying than mahkota residence condo . It's more luxury. I like the sky lounge . And the grand drop off point.

Is the cable route connected to existing tnb station to extended the voltage or you confirmed they built the new one ? If new one , i believe the site will near hulu langat side. But not in the heart of bmc . and if connected to existing tnb site I don't think will affect the town ship here . So far I can't find where the existing main tnb station which supply power to bmc . I think the the main tnb is located far from bmc site. Somemore I saw the same pylon at bukit kiara near residential there but nobody complaint.

New utar block is on the way , Chinese school is ready by next year hopefully. Klorr highway is under construction , got two connection to klorr highway at Sg long silk highway and another one at bmc. I think near section 5 and section 4 .

Own stay better don't choose next to cemetery. That site very close to the cemetery. Next time your far relative come and look for you . Then you give direction . Tha landmark there is cementery . Dusty and noise another reason not to buy. When you sleeping at night suddenly if you awake by loud exploded sound. Don't panic because there might be lorry tyre puncture down there.

Huh... Few month ago I went to sales office the salesman also told me the smallest unit left two unit which the buyer loan rejected . Then the two unit released with no discount already

Maybe can check in their website . From their presentation of I residence , it's giving me confidents . But after conpleted how many percent different than artist impression then have to buy luck la.. But Hong soon project 😭always located next to unwelcome site. Like cemetery,industry, oxitation pond .

You can walk about 700m and developer also provide bicycle ride to nearby shop. Stay near by jusco may not good . Why ? Cos now suka suka go jusco lepak and buy something use or unused ! Damn convenient ! Pocket broke 😭

Sure can , they desperate to complete asap as construction works until 3am ! Many existing residents make complaint to mpkj/developer but no action taken . This type of developer I think the Worksmanship will be big issue for owner later..

Currently the jam started at 6-7am Maybe 20% car is send their children to bt 11 Chinese school after that straight go to work . If sg long chinese school open and parents can send the children to school maybe at 6:45am then go to work Meaning the jam might start later at 7am ? Personally I think if MRT started operated doesn't improved the traffic cars going out cos the MRT station not in bmc / sg long They still have to drive car all the way to nearby station Unless they take bus Hopefully ekve smoothly completed
