Trained with kaperskyfan and pedro today. This is after not deadlifting after a year so i'm going kinda light and conservative.

Warm up deadlift 425lbs




Work set deadlift 435lbs (I was having a convo with pedro at the top of the lift =P )


I'm 154lbs BW. So far this is 435lbs deadlift. A 3x BW ratio to deadlift will be easily achievable but it'll take some time. =P I'm being very careful with my poundages.

BW dips +135lbs

I'm 5' 8.5". I dunno about cm. Mike is pulling your leg. A lot of people have asked me to but I will never compete.

From a POV of a person who is already quite experienced at observing physiques, you HAVE gotten leaner without a doubt. But it seems you're holding quite a bit of water and you may need to adjust your macros and sodium intake a lot more. Mist be the chap fan. =P

I eat dirty too and I have chronic insomnia. Lol thing is you stay in Klang, I don't want to trouble you.

Btw Mike, bodybuilding is 70% diet.
