Lol more is not better. I hit the gym just 2 to 3 times a week and 45 mins per session.

Good. You managed to cut and retained muscle mass. Some people make mistakes of cutting and end up looking like prison inmates.

Hack squatted this x 9 reps. Pretty good. Will do new poundage next week. Note that some of the plates are 25 kg plates cos it is already filled to the max. Lady Vanity, a member here trained with me today. Did also 100 close grip push ups and 40 pull ups for fun.

pedro and i had a very nice intense chest session. So we both took shots for each other. We're both happy with progression so far:-

This was done last week, only 4 reps, but i managed to hit 6 reps this time this afternoon when training with pedro:-



Unfortunately we neglected to take a video of today's lifting. Please don't ask me hwo much i FREE weight bench because severe rotator cuff injuries left me debilitated. I make do with what i can.

I DO NOT!!! But looking good. I will reach my target by a few months. I'm threading on dangerous ground. Recomping is nasty. Balancing macros and shit. You know what is the weird part. High fat high carb and LOW protein is my perfect combo. The moment I overdose on protein I pack on fat. Good news though cos rice is cheap. Lol...
