Lol more is not better. I hit the gym just 2 to 3 times a week and 45 mins per session.

![]() Sorry lighting not good. And am very depleted. No pump. Take another one later. ![]() Hack squatted this x 9 reps. Pretty good. Will do new poundage next week. Note that some of the plates are 25 kg plates cos it is already filled to the max. Lady Vanity, a member here trained with me today. Did also 100 close grip push ups and 40 pull ups for fun. pedro and i had a very nice intense chest session. So we both took shots for each other. We're both happy with progression so far:-
![]() ![]() This was done last week, only 4 reps, but i managed to hit 6 reps this time this afternoon when training with pedro:- Unfortunately we neglected to take a video of today's lifting.
