QUOTE(emino @ Feb 25 2012, 05:10 PM) Training hard to be like this guy for my next cosplay: Current progress: Abs already a bit defined than last year I think. Need moar shoulder and arms I guess. If you want to look like Timderwolf, it's crazy hard. His bodyfat is slightly lower than mine. His muscle mass is almost twice as yours. He's not just ripped, he's also pretty huge in real life. Your bodyfat is above 15% plus or minus. This is not to discourage you but you need to seriously ramp up the diet. This guy does not really have a bulking or cutting phase. He recomps and his nutrition is spot on perfect. This post has been edited by darklight79: Feb 26 2012, 08:53 AM

Wanna join? my carb intake today only 50 to 75 grams. Added on February 26, 2012, 10:23 pmQUOTE(-Dan @ Feb 26 2012, 09:18 PM) Boss, your legs aren't as bad as you think them to be! Pretty damn solid wheels there! And the 3rd pic, that's seriously a good shot! That's a compliment coming from someone with strong quads like you and mike. Thanks bro. QUOTE(moe81 @ Mar 6 2012, 12:33 PM) Hello dear iron pumpin friends. I've been off gym for about 2 months due to golfers elbow. but now i'm back on track since i stepped my foot into the gym for the first time yesterday *dramatic approach*. Most of u have seen my pics and some of u have seen me in person. and my picture on my avatar is pretty much how i look now. no progress since the picture was taken. only i'm 1.5 kgs lighter and slightly lesser bf since i did some cardio and controlled diet during my off time... So i'm starting my bulk program again. but only this time, clean bulk. and also have incorporated cardio(twice a week) into my regime which ive never done before..so, i'm hoping to see some bulk with more veins. and hopefully some abs My stats: 171cm 79kg Bf is questionable. havent measured. maybe around 14% here's a picture for those who have never seen my progress pic.. Wah... boss. Displaying older pics eh? Still looks good. I display mine also:-

QUOTE(The_Rock @ Mar 7 2012, 05:32 PM) Ca advise us to get that kind of body??? Lol my workouts are extremely low volume, low reps, infrequent. I don't do most of the conventional bb splits touted around. I prefer to hit a bodypart low volume, more frequent, lasting less than 45 mins usually and i get out of the gym.

QUOTE(ApeKG @ Mar 7 2012, 07:41 PM) u got one of the best (if not the best) physique over here. How long have you been adhering to this workout routine (low volume, low reps, infrequent)? Was is since you started bodybuilding? and can 5x5 achieve body like yours (assuming my diet is in check)? Why not? An underrated member here, kapersky-fan is extremely strong with a well developed physique. He just doesn't post pics or lifts here. I've been training with him a few times and he's thrived on 5 x 5. QUOTE(ApeKG @ Mar 7 2012, 08:06 PM) Sigh. i've been doing 5x5 for the past 3 months but my progress isn't that good (previously did 5x5 also from june 2011 til sept 2011 and i stopped due to fasting, doing some bodyweight exercise for 3 months til dec 2011. my current stat: 90kg squat (3x5), 97.5kg dead (1x5), 48.75kg bench and row, 38kg press. I believe a guy with this stat should have a body that looks like he's working out even with the clothes on. Sadly, i don't look that way despite my increase in strength. If your strength is going up but your size isn't, it's your diet. If your size is going up but your strength isn't, it's your training. Not that hard. You should ask kapersky for tips.

QUOTE(The_Rock @ Mar 8 2012, 09:35 AM) Thanks, bro. Based on my pic, should i start lose the weight? Currently weight at 93 kg. I am off gym since Monday and will get back to gym next monday. Just worry that my triceps shrunk back to 17 inch. Currently 18 inch... If we start cut, then how is the diet goes? Lol. Why are people so obsessed with arm size? I'm not insinuating you're fat since I don't remember if I've seen any pics of you but too many trainees think they're at 15% bodyfat when they're actually 20%. Even those who think they're 10% might be 15%. Most overestimate caloric expenditure, most also UNDERESTIMATE bodyfat. Dieting is catabolic, but surely one can sacrifice a bit of muscle instead of looking like a pork chop. Let me sum it up. You can't flex FAT. a MUSCULAR 16 inch arm looks bigger and way more impressive by zounds than a fat 17-18 or even 19 inch arm, period.

QUOTE(Alphaproject @ Mar 8 2012, 10:24 AM) hahah, tis is old pic brah, now slowly gaining after 2 months without touching weights... lets see how my body feel like right now... You don't need to gain. You have sufficient muscle mass. You need to cut! =P I'm just curious have you ever been in like reasonably lean condition eg. almost bodybuilding competition status but not to the point of insane suffering?
