They have been getting visually bigger, and I've compared pics of me this year and last year and my traps and neck are larger now. But heck mine are so crap compared to you guys' trapezius muscles.  laugh.gif  I've seen people do shrugs using crazy weights, and side raises...what compound lifts can make them stronger and larger, are barbell rows good?
