this is general comment. not aiming at anyone in case you're wondering.
my hope is ppl are more open minded in terms of bodybuilding. if you look at bb.com forum, the standards are pretty high. ppl there encourage each other and nvr have I seen ppl say pls get fatter abit you know wat I mean. getting ripped is not easy, so nvr underestimate the effort n commitment that ppl put in. it's easier said than done.
