@TechnoG i dont remember your previous pic, so gonna judge on current pic

still high bf, u have alot of skinny fat, watch your diet
it's hard to judge everything else, mayb there's improvement from your before progress, but current pic shows alot more work to b done...

don't b too harsh on him. I think he has progressed ok. as for 5% bf, I don't think so too. but can only truly judge without shirt.

i believe your bf is close to 20%. i might be wrong, i suggest you clean bulk.
