hi guys,

im one of the satisfied user of the black cm praetorian 732. i believed you guys know that this particular casing utilises 2 x 80mm fans as rear exhaust fan system.

my question is: izit possible that i use 120mm fan to replace those fans?

i know everything is possible through modding, but i have my own "without mod" idea but dunno whether it is good or not, therefore i hope you guys can give out ur opinion on my idea.

my "without mod" idea is taht to use 2 80-120mm fan adapters, one to be installed from the inside, the other is to be installed from the outside.

this is because i love my praetorian so much that i feel sayang to operate it... wub.gif

or you guys have other alternative ideas that does not require operation at all?

thanks!

If it could be possible without sacrificing the aesthetic look, my friend wouldn't gave up on his Praetorian ...

using the adapter is a possible solution but It wouldn't look nice and perform as good as a 12cm blow hole ..

ooo, mod is a must if i decide on performance.. but izit minor or consider huge mod?

i have another "no mod" idea that is different than the first tho.. perhaps getting few steel or alu pieces that are aligned with the screw holes of the 80mm and 120mm fan that im gonna installed in the middle of the two 80mm fan hole. dunno whether it fits or not cuz havnt measured yet but izit possible guys? blink.gif

oh and btw where can i get or buy a praetorian side panel just like the wavemaster's?

The hot swap sata trays are special to me. Nice ones as now we can really use our Sata drives hot pluggably.

Btw, the fan and the bracket there does not really serve any purpose. I can hardly see any room on the PCB for air to go through. The whole thing is like sealed, so why do you need a fan there. It's totally stupid IMHO, but luckily it's removable.

dear all cm casing users,

may i know if my praetorian 732 can fit in tuniq tower or not? further info of the cooler is available here: http://www.tuniq.com.tw/Cooler%20Info/Tower-120LFB.htm

as you all know the exhaust fan system for this particular praetorian utilising 2 x 80mm fans; unlike the usual 120mm size, so anyone here can lemme know? cuz i dun wan to miss the bulk as long as i can close the side panel without problem..

thank you! notworthy.gif
