Instead of giving them more empty promises, why not give them a valid address of where you are staying right now so the victims can pick you up and then escort you to the police station.

PS: No, I'm not trying to put more flames into this topic, I'm just giving my suggestion.

instead of every time u changing the date last minute, why not you get the money first then only u set the final date.

I'm trying to full fill my promises and try not to give hope and fooling around. My situation is I'm asking for fund from funder. So whenever he told me when can give me I announced it here. But today he called around 4pm++ and tell me to delay for another coz of his personal issue. I can't force him to much coz it might ended up not getting anything and screw up...

You are saying get the money first then talk. Can I do that?

I have no intension to drag or delay... The faster I settle this then I can enjoy... Now is not, full of tension only and stress.

So if your funder cant deliver tomorrow there will be another delay?i cant take any more delay from u..i've suffered enough financially & emotionally waiting for ur refund..if you cant deliver how long is this gonna drag..CNY is coming up..i'm pretty sure the delay (if there is any) will be until after chap go mei..this has to END!!

I'm not trying to do that and never thought it will delay so long. Definitely before this weekend will settle. Before CNY for sure...

Dear Haniez, like what i has previously mentioned, don't wait. Whatever his actions won't recover what he has did, but drag the point.

Since you're the tread starter, i suggest you become a head to help other victims to proceed the report, even i know some of them might busy, or other reason which fail to made it. But please remind your-self, that's your money, want to get it or not ? If you choose to leave it, no body can help than plain talking here, and make this topic useless at the end. (See, even Dickson keep trying to tell you : Report la! Which Police Stations ? I Come now !) From his points and his act, clearly shown that he never regret what he has done to those victims, so for you, he is the man you can forgive ?

Like what i bet before, i am very sure that he can't refund to all victims at once, even he promise 'tomorrow', 'tomorrow again', and 'the other date again' . Because the hole is deep, deep enough to drag everyone inside, easily mean : 10 tong, 4 penutup .

From what my point, he has refund about RM10k, that money is not from him but other source (he know where he get it, i don't talk here) . If he haven use those all money, he does't need timeline to pay back, he can pay 1 shot within 1 day. But this not happen here because he already use all money to cover his previous hole (which he only know 'why'), so now he trying to have other way to cover this 'hole'


This kind of person never regret at all what he does to ppl, but using mouth to hide his tactic for dragging, until those victims tired = no case. For my personal point & experience, he not only owe LYN forumer money, but many in outside. (Don't tell me No) From the point he talking, his act , and what he has done, telling me this. Even his personal account already banned (why? he know his self why blacklisted by bank) . And he is no way to recover what he has spend (a very big hole) unless bankruptcy will help him (But no pain on him too). So we are talking about money here, he owing ppl here almost RM15k , so he has no way to refund it.... no way. (Because his detail is black, all black)

And i dare to believe all ppl know him (or surrounding him) not even dare (or won't stupid) to borrow money for him anymore, because his trust level is below 0. So, all victims here please , wake up now.

So Mr.Haniez, i hope you can start your program now, and help everyone here (and everyone, please help your self too), to send this type of person in-to jail.
