OK, put it this way. If you deliver your goods as per planned, then this mess will not happen at all.

wow, another dragging act by mr. promise,not sure whether your defintion of promise with everyone else is different.

but we leave that first n we settle with the partial refunding first. who are from those receipient does not received his money yet.please confirm your amount and update for me to track the remaining fund not yet paid.

Already receive 200 from CDM!still have half of amount to wait!but I trust dicksonbell won't take the money run away!if he want to do like that he won't reply and refund any money!he can just disappear !so we trust him will refund for next 2week!hope the case will piece in the end!

okay what u guys want to do now.this is just a suggestion to everyone.

1)give him another chance n wait for refunding which probably will happen not to soon in next year.
-ask him to confront with everyone(victims only ofcoz) in public to ask assurance from him directly
-dickson/alex must disclose to all where the money actually has been spend to
-ask him to apologize in front of everyone




2)take agressive approach against him
-everyone lodge a police report against him and his gf
-meet the unit jenayah komersial as our initial plan
-expose his and his gf private information
-track his location/home


its all up to your guys to decide whether want to take diplomatic or legal approach, n whatever it is i am willing to give u all support and help

still yet to received 50% of the deposit as per promises

what about ask him to meet u guys face to face for guarantee? but dun harm him. at that time u can ask for confirmation of his identity a.k.a IC. location can be discussed with him. even at police station also can. and dicksonbell@alex can bring anyone he want,and so u guys.

have u send out your bank details and proof of transaction to him earlier? a bit weird bcoz only u is left out.



yeah, but if we want to settle through negotiation, due to his past record, i dun think he want to come if it involved police.so a public but undisclosed location is more suitable.afterall the victims deserved more than another promises to hold on to after dragging for so long.

Will check n update here tmr. Tiring outstation work day. I'm calm at this moment. No surprise to his broken promise yet I still look forward to see him to fulfill his words. A man with his words is very important. A lesson for me and also self alert to mr in this case.

I know 15th is still far away but my guts say he'll pay rest of the amount....he still owes us a thorough explaination though...
