Actually 1200psf is a fair price for tower 3. Some bought high floor unfurnished unit for tower 2 already 1100psf. But sure 1200psf for tower 3?

QUOTE(bb68 @ Nov 15 2013, 11:16 AM) If this Developer isn't able to foresee these imminent things like GST, don't think they can really go far. The price is good but frankly speaking, the design, the layout, even the show room decor are not completely satisfactory. Wonder if the Architect is here in this forum...if yes, ya your work is not impressive Bro, looks like you have very high expectation hor? |

QUOTE(SDEHCE @ Nov 15 2013, 03:38 PM) The specification given also not up to standard. Even the roof top facilities were not impressive as well. Bro, better suggest what else you want so that the developer can hear you. Nothing special & unique about the residential towers, except the wholesale mall which they jv with TSI. Hopefully the HIGH END Wholesale mall may surprise all the owners once completed. |

QUOTE(bb68 @ Nov 16 2013, 12:38 PM) Har you sound like you are happy with TR design, I am actually but could be more than this. Wonder if you know about the previous design, they were just rubbish, the design now is lots better I admit, but but but still no jaw drop impression. Of course I hope that the end product has superb quality so that all investors are happy but you can't expect it to be like Four Seasons or Banyan Tree lah. Those are from different category already. If the Robertson can be better than Swiss Garden Residence & Vipod, I think all investors will be delighted. |

QUOTE(mybenz @ Nov 18 2013, 12:49 AM) The facilities normal only ..it seems like most also having similar facilities .. what make Robertson sup luxury ? I think not many have putting green. Correct me if I'm wrong. If they can add an indoor tennis or squash court that would be nice.Since when n where GL market it as luxury? Mind to share ? As far as I know, the balance 5% (5% - 20k) must be settled upon signing of SPA next year. Then you have 5 quarters to settle the remaining 5% by paying 1% every quarter (3 months). The 2nd 10% will be due on 31st Oct 2015.

QUOTE(bb68 @ Nov 20 2013, 05:39 PM) A total of 31.9 million people had used the stretch in 2012. Started already? Now already end of the year.āThe walkway offers greater accessibility, comfort and security for shoppers. āIt is very clear that our infrastructures have opened up the tourism industry,ā she added. Similar walkways will be built including the NKRA for Urban Public Transport proposing four skywalks and covered walkways in Kuala Lumpur, with construction expected to start this year. They are Pudu Sentral Walkway (from Plaza Rakyat to Pasar Seni LRT stations), Bandaraya Walkway (linking Bandaraya LRT station to Sultan Ismail Skywalk), Wangsa Walk (connecting Wangsa Walk mall and Sri Rampai LRT station) and Wangsa Maju Walkway (from TAR college to Jusco Wangsa Maju with connection to Wangsa Maju LRT station). Meanwhile, the high-speed rail link will reduce travel between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore to a 90-minute journey and would comprise two services ā express and transit. The express service will connect Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, while the transit service will stop at smaller towns in Johor, Malacca and Negri Sembilan. Actually, the underground stretch from Warisan Merdeka to KLCC really has good potential to be developed into an underground haven for the following reasons:
1) It will be linking the 2 tallest buildings in Malaysia. 2) The ongoing MRT project will have a 9.5km underground stretch from KL Sentral to Maluri passing through Warisan Merdeka & Bukit Bintang. 3) If everything goes according to plan, the underground stretch can link all major shopping malls & land marks in Golden Triangle. Warisan Merdeka - Plaza Rakyat - Pudu Jail Redevelopment - Pavillion - KLCC - TRX 4) If the government have plans to develop Bukit Bintang into a world class shopping district like Orchard Road (Singapore), Ginza (Tokyo) & Fifth Avenue (New York), linking the shopping malls through underground passage makes more sense bcoz: a) Take advantage of the current underground MRT project. b) All will be sheltered from the sun & rain. c) Land above ground is limited & expensive. d) Ease traffic congestion. Those who have been to Japan should get what I mean. They have like another city under the city (a bit exaggerated of course) with abundance of f&b outlets, shops & shopping malls underground. It makes walking from 1 place to another pleasurable & faster (no traffic light). The above are just my personal point of views. This post has been edited by KaFai: Nov 22 2013, 03:59 PM |

QUOTE(mybenz @ Nov 24 2013, 03:15 PM) Do you think Robertson will be benefited from BBCC? I think it will. In walking distance some more. But I think the Robertson will benefit from Plaza Rakyat & Warisan Merdeka more. I hope Plaza Rakyat can resume construction asap so that the Robertson's occupants won't suffer from noise & dust pollution later. From www.skyscrapercity.com [attachmentid=3737771][attachmentid=3737772][attachmentid=3737774][attachmentid=3737775] From www.bharian.com.my [attachmentid=3737778] From lazymalas.blogspot.com [attachmentid=3737779] |
