Tower 2 sold out but you can call the sales office to check whether there is any dropout. Tower 3 will be launched this year. Most probably in another 2, 3 months.

I heard that the launch of Tower 3 will be delayed to July or August due to change of design. The design of Tower 2 remains unchanged.

Of course there are other good projects elsewhere but I think they ain't cheap either. More often than not good developers with good location projects always equal to high price. However, I do see the Robertson has good potential but of course the talk is on paper only. It all boils down to the end product & the surrounding developments in the future.

I was told by the loan officer if I were to choose Islamic loan, she was confident I can get BLR-2.5. Most likely BLR-2.4 for conventional loan.

For tower 2, they didn't join any property fair or road show apart from advertising in Iproperty magazine, the Edge & Star Property but still fully sold. Let's see their strategy for Tower 3 as the market is slower this year.

Legal fees for SPA & loan absorbed by developer. Stamp duty we have to pay all.

That's the stamp duty for MOT. Stamp duty for loan agreement has to be paid within 1 month after signing loan agreement. Right? Unless you don't need a loan of course.

I got BLR-2.45 offer from RHB for conventional loan, lock in period 3 years, semi flexi plan, which is pretty good I think.
