few days only la, the last time i sent my dv6 for warranty due to faulty mic also took 3 days only. if you are in KL, even faster if they got spare parts to change for you. HP does not drag you for few weeks

Just FYI, there is no WHQL driver this month. Catalyst team missed the mark to get cert from M$ for Feb.

u can update but if yor model does not support switchable graphic by bios, than i have no idea how to enable it nor does yor hardware support it or not.

Depends on what you mean by better.

Graphics: Skyrim has a more realistic look while Amalur is more WoW-ish.

Combat: Skyrim has a more 'real' feel but Amalur is more 'fun' and God of War-ish.

Class System: Amalur has more freedom in class system so you can mix and match with the systems and STILL have fun and power. In Skyrim, your stats must be really high to benefit from being a hybrid.

Overall: Amalur more classic fun while Skyrim is a typical Elder Scrolls game fun.

What's a good cooling fan for the DV6-6C19TX? Budget RM 100.

I have no experience with other cooling pad but i'm using CM U3 and it did the job pretty good. It has 3 moveable fans and you can control the speed.
I'm not sure about current price but i bought it for RM75 many months ago.

If you want better cooling, get a good table fan and blow it across while you lift the laptop with book or something else.. it will reduce the heat on left palm rest much better.

the left palm rest area should be the HDD, i wonder if SSD will generate less heat. any ssd user can share experience?
