just got mine today . Enjoying the big screen replying email and surfing.

if I recall, this is my step, (I assume u had CWM ready & rooted)
go to CWM Recovery,
- wipe data/factory reset > yes
- wipe cache partition > yes
- Wipe Dalvik Cache (in advanced menu) > yes
- install zip from sd card
- choose zip from internal sdcard (i put the rom here /mnt/sdrom/ROCKET-v9-KL3-eybee1970.zip) > yes

after complete installation, reboot. & wait for 5-10mins atleast @ bootscreen (android's logo).
u will be prompted to select a languange, time/date setting (if u in this stage) u should be fine.

as for my case, I do a full wipe. my root access is gone. going to root it again.

Just got back my note repaired after waited 2 hours there. Problem was motherboard!!

What happen with the motherboard ? Still under warranty ?

Screen was fizzing or shaking and then a few times went totally blank though still can receive calls. Take note guys. Apparently there is quite a few cases already i was told

im having this problem..which is my stylus woldnt work on my galaxy note(1)..but i had another black note so i decided to try on it.eventually it worked on the other galaxy note..

What I facing is the as* pen is highly sensitive. Sketching itself already before I touch s pen on screen. Any1 exp. Something like this too?

hmm...any chances you might be pressing on the button at the stylus while writing?
