i sent my note to claim warranty bcos motherboard faulty on satuday 10/12, by tuesday 13/12 already got back my note. lucky bought ori SME, so easy to claim warranty.

Stock rom probablty you need to wipe data before flash

ok, will try a FULL wipe before flash. 

Correct, need KIES install first so that the phone can be detected by PC
Make sure KIES is closed, not running before executing the bat file
Whole process can take up to 5 mins
Make sure : settings/application - tick UNKNOWN SOURCES, and development /usb debugging is selected, and set display on max 10 mins

Did you wipe cache partition and dalvik cache first before installing zip
You ran into continual bootloop or screen seems stuck at SAMSUNG logo . If it is latter you need wait up to at least 5 mins , some users reported even 10 mins for it to fully reboot
Your last resort, install stock KL3 first ( india rom)  - get from XDA , than only install the V9 on top of it

Than you need to wait - depend on how much data you have,  at least 5-10 mins to have it complete reboot

It should not take more than 10 mins, which is quite extreme already. Try again and copy the zip file to internal sd. Possibly your external sd causing problems

The file should be copy to the root of the internal sd or root of ext sdcard and not in any subfolder. Use any file manager and manually copy it over to the root directory

As long as the phone meets 80 % of your needs, it is good enough already. Even the great iphone 4 and iphone4s has its own sets of problems

Did you check you have a good download
Can the zip file be successfully extracted in pc

Never like to use screen protector. Tested the sgp clear type don't like and took it off.  Still prefer screen naked

can help write the step u used? also planning to flash to V9 from stock
my stock work fine with me, just want try sumthing new
BTW the rom come pre-rooted?

tried V10? look tempting

just want to flash to v9 today.. then v10 out. Better wait for user experience here first

Using ODIN to flash to Indian ROM is no problem as I have done Odin.
In order to flash Rocket V9, I need to:
"go to CWM Recovery,
- wipe data/factory reset > yes
- wipe cache partition > yes
- Wipe Dalvik Cache (in advanced menu) > yes
- install zip from sd card
- choose zip from internal sdcard (i put the rom here /mnt/sdrom/ROCKET-v9-KL3-eybee1970.zip) > yes"
Put the zip file (no need to unzip) into mnt/sdcard directory right?
