IPO (FGVH) launch this early Jun.. And seems like they offer; a very big allocations in white form/opened market than others company... i think better you all just try when it opened.. try la... mana tau ada luck..

Price around RM 4.65/shares

around 50% share own by PNB/GLC.. Boom market around 3 weeks.. Wait untill 'Hari Peneroka' celebrations 7/7/2012.. because they hv announcement/promotions/rumour/etc from PM Najib..

Take profit la a day after that.. jual.. .

Added on May 30, 2012, 2:40 pmi think just 1/1000 person is buying & sell their share based on analytical/index/etc.. but many traders are based on rumour.. This IPO is surely based on rumour coz of political involved.. It will boom,, but not for a long period of time.. High risk.. high return..

Felda global is out. Since my money has not gone to GM, I can apply this ady.

For those holding GM, wondering they got enough capital to buy? Since GM is listing on 11/6 and with T+3 time to get back money from selling GM, don't think they have enough time to buy Felda, which would mean lesser competition for felda?

RM 4.55 per share. Will it be overvalued?

ya.. i totally agreed!! even Gas Malaysia also RM 2.20 only

To me, it's definitely overvalued. The cash got from the IPO proceed.... ehem... will be distributed to the settlers. Form OSK research, their oil palms also kinda old ady. Not really a future cash cow. Don't really like the future plans of Felda. As the money will be given to those settlers, I think around RM 4 would be a fairer price. But hey, it's Malaysia, any big name IPO sure kena fried on first day. It's a 1st day trading stock to me.

Different story for IHH as healthcare normally can hedge against recession and I will not mind holding it.

If i want to compare, I will compare it to relevant plantations like GENP, IOI, KLK, etc. I lazy to calculate back but I remember the P/E ratio isn't as far of as GM, which is around 12-13.
