more realistically rm5-6

I don't know, but Rm7 is a bit stretch in valuation.
Around Rm5 is more a realistic target.

There is so much hanky-panky behind this IPO that I think its better to stay away from it.

Right from beginning it has been problematic.

1. Lowest yield does not mean actual low yield. There is case won by settlers. Felda understated yield when buying ffb.
2. CPO price on spot market has fallen. Valuation was partially based off high cpo price. Now appearing overvalued..

FELDA iPO is a game, so why worry? I don't think it will dip below IPO price on DAY1.
RM4.80-4.85 will be the OPENING price based on my own TP engine.

FB is also IPO play.. drop 20%

Don't compare FB to Felda. Its totally different game play. No fundamental. Virtual assets. Even W.Buffet stay away from FB.

Its simple, hit and run. Nobody forcing your hand to click BUY, right?

FCPO price dropped to lower than RM3k today.. Wondering how ECM Libra give such high EPS growth on year 2012 (36.6%).. ECM Libra gave high EPS growth to let Felda looks cheap on year 2012 but give negative EPS growth on year 2013.

Money ready. Will go for 110lots as usual.

correct, belum strike the IPO already so much noise, just like BUMI Armada last year.
