I arrived at KL Convention Centre on Friday 2 pm. By 0230 pm, everything was done. Yes, agree. Service was good and to be honest I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient organization. Bravo to Maxis. They really learned from last year's iphone 4 chaotic launch event |

Its demand vs supply. Without much demand, Maxis are not stretched thus smooth operations. Just wait for next years launch of iphone 5, am sure it will be chaotic

Same here! It took me less than 30mins to get everything done and walk away with 32GB white. But why Digi user allow to buy 4s at KLCC via Maxis? A young man next to me manage to get it and I'm confuse........ |

process flow was quite fast, my slot was 17 Dec 6-9pm, but I went at 4pm and got everything done within 20mins.
the surprising thing was the amount of Maxis staff working there!
