I was told 16gb white are all out of stock when I reached there around 7pm yesterday.
He even double check with his supervisor and come back with disappointed answer again SURELY no more stock !!!
Very unhappy at that moment and decided not to buy anymore.
Anyway I went in together with my friend who wish to get his 64gb white.
suprisingly we were told they have pretty of stock for 16gb white available, after we asking where we can lodge a complain at the counter !
She even help me process my purchase without needing to take q number and fill the form.
Finally got my 16gb white and no yellowish tint problem ! Btw my IPhone production is week 47 C38.
Still happy with their service even initially was given a bad feeling ........

I think maxis need to provide name tag for the staff so next time we know how to address them well..

Seems rumours about Maxis having stocks way before launch are true. I bought my iPhone 4S SG set on the 2nd of December. But its C39

I had the worst experience when i go to klcc yesterday. The CS that handled me looked so down and tired and took twice as long to key in the credit card details as compared to the person next to him. I practically sat in front of him for about 30 minutes and after everything was done, i went to the collection booth and was told that i got a different colour. I had to return to the same guy and he passed me to his supervisor. That guy clearly did not get much support from his superiors. I saw him going to at least 3 different guys before coming back to tell me that a change of colour would require at least 30 minutes. Some dilly dally around and 30 minutes and 4 more superiors later, i just told him to cancel the whole thing.

What irks me was the superiors never bothered to talk to the customers and just left the helpless supervisor going in circles. It would seem to me that whenever there is a problem, everyone just walks away or pass it to another. And the irony thing is i noticed that there is no customer feedback or complaint in their website. Maybe thats Maxis.

just now my small town MEP got bring 32GB white, but i dunwan coz i wan black.. lol

maybe go find at small branch MEP, then might got chance of getting stock.. ^^

The white unit is rare..this is the ratio in klang maxis centre yesterday :
16GB black : 40 units
16GB white : 0
32 GB black : 15 units
32 GB white : 1 unit
64 GB black : 20 units
64 GB white : 0

Wah, white so famous...white Xmas?

Yeahhh..i guess it will only be stock after christmas..hehehehe
