how worst bro? mine last time at eyebrow also got scalp, around my nose and at back of my ear and also my forehead totally reddish..quite pain and a bit malu to go out to public area... i use this medicine, totally good.just go to pharmacy and ask for silenium sulfide lotion..take the one with most s.sulfide..a bottle cost rm15-rm20.
*
Mine? scalp all over my body, reddish, and painful on back of ear, forehead if scratched, both area keep filled with lymph fluid, keep wiping with cloth also non stop flowing. Bathing is very painful for whole face and neck, painful than being stabbed by knife.

Verified by Clinic doc as emergency inflammation case(acute atopic eczema), then first two days not going to bath(pain till want to suicide if touch water), suppress the inflammation fast with heavier dosage of steroid, means no longer painful within two days when bath.

Administration of steriod pills for one week, all symptoms gone, and when it came back on mild form, discovered that physical stress factor caused by late night sleep, when sleep early, skin feel very good and not reddish anymore. If you cant sleep well, try melatonin.

During the reddish stage, avoid:

Nuts(Especially peanuts)

Alcohol

Prawn and Crabs(Shellfish can take a bit)

Basically I eat anything except above.

Even on normal, try not to take peanut and ONLY take small portion of seafood. Alcohol if can try to avoid as the reddish will recover much more slowly.

...., i just had my appointment with doctor a few days back and he said my eczema is this type;

http://dermnetnz.org/dermatitis/seborrhoeic-dermatitis.html
*
Two reputable KL dermatolgists said I have this, and THEY KNOW OF NO CURE, confirmed by web searches too. The two doctors' gave steroid creams only for temporary relief and not good for the skin and liver over long time.

I have tried everything too, hahah, including most of the things mentioned, steroids creams, ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, pyrithione, coal tar, Elidel tacrolimus cream, Nixoderm, branded moisturizers, cider vinegar, no alcohol, no coffee, etc. (Don't know if I have peanut allergy, but eat a LOT of them in my diet so I should have died by now.)

Conclusion, don't waste a lot of money on commercial products, either cosmetics or pharmaceuticals. Find something to relieve the symptoms -- cleanse, remove loose skin, moisturize, reduce redness, heal. My personal choice is raw honey and coconut oil. These are easily available and not expensive so you can see if they work. If not, just use for cooking.

Reference: http://www.rosaceagroup.org/The_Rosacea_Fo...gin-coconut-oil

If the condition shows up on your face or other exposed areas, find low allergenic cosmetics to help. Women probably know what to do. Men, try some Body Shop green corrector stick. For larger areas, combine with a men's BB cream. Get some advice on how to use these or you may look, well....

Good luck in your search everybody.

eczema, bad skin, redness, rash, irritaion, lots of scratching will lead to infection, just had a session there tonight, they said it stops your body from "oxidation", meaning decomposing i guess, whilst your metabolism rate and healing is boosted, unbelievable, even there is one egg in the resting are which has been cracked open, but not rotting and no smell been there for like a month and a half, anyway it has worked so far, so i guess what works, works
we signed up for the family package, which is like 1050 for 50 times, so i guess its about 21 each time? they also have introduction package at 48 for 3 times. basically you go there, they issue you a yukata (japanese robe), a towel and a small towel, then you put your stuff in a locker, change, then go lie down on some special tiles in a hot room, for about 45 mins, after that you come out, relax, they serve you an enzyme drink, then when you cool down, you shower, change and go home.

i like it because there is no medicines, no any sort of acupuncture or hands on treatment, it something to do with the japanese materials on the walls. they do recommend like a spray from japan though, for skin problems like eczema, my father and brother spray it on, and they feel vey relieved and it seems to make it better, costs about 10 or something for the big bottle

I have Eczema. Pretty bad case but now under control.

My advice to most of you is instead of generalizing and basing things on heresay , get an allergy test done.

I did mine twice and found out i'm highly allergic to Chicken / Eggs and Chocolate for food , Rubber and cockroaches (droppings/urine etc) for contact surfaces.

I avoid them nowadays so my sources of protein are mostly seafood and meat now.

There is no cure for eczema, bull shit! Please do not give pipe dream to other people.

Only way to be "cured" from this is by growing out of it (means it'll go off after a certain amount of growth) or by avoiding allergens causing it.

Well you have the point there...but anyway he just giving out his opinion on this... biggrin.gif

creme, health food, drug etc wont help as these are taken after eczema relapse.

Generally, eczema is a symptom of bad allergy.

Go Pantai Bangsar (as it's the only Hospital with Allergy expert at this moment), get allergy test on your blood.

It will once for all solve the guessing game..

Added on February 1, 2012, 12:33 pmBtw, most eczema do not involve with dermatologist as they cant do anything.

You need to manage your allergy.

Good points, but many of the allergens are so common that we will never be free of them. The list may be long, so finding the exact ones and eliminating them may be tricky. Eg, how many of our daily food products contain no dairy, no wheat, no soybean, no corn, no sugar?

The problem is also related to genetic make up of an individual's immune system. The fungus and bacteria that may cause dermatitis, eczema, etc. are present on everybody but other people manage to eliminate them through their more effective immune systems.

My point is that yes try to end the guessing, find the allergen cause but that may not be the end of the story. We may have no option except management and control of the symptoms using methods that cause the least expense and least harmful side effects.

This thread is about eczema user seeking solution for different variant, not for MLM TROLL like you.

Your foul words and source video is not contributing in this thread.

Yo guys I have eczema, not very serious ones, just mild ones..I went to Dr.Ranjit skin specialist in SS15 Subang Jaya,he gave me two creams,I'm not sure if they are steroid creams but I think they probably are..after putting the eczema goes away, but after a few days it will come back, then I will resume putting, all go away, then again after a few days it will come back...don't tell me eczema can only be prevented, but cannot be cured once and for all?
