I having the same eczema, but worse form, triggered by tons of factor, one of them is physical stress(sleep late)

Really need to sleep early to recover from eczema. Sleep early is the key of chronic eczema.

Mine? scalp all over my body, reddish, and painful on back of ear, forehead if scratched, both area keep filled with lymph fluid, keep wiping with cloth also non stop flowing. Bathing is very painful for whole face and neck, painful than being stabbed by knife.

Verified by Clinic doc as emergency inflammation case(acute atopic eczema), then first two days not going to bath(pain till want to suicide if touch water), suppress the inflammation fast with heavier dosage of steroid, means no longer painful within two days when bath.

Administration of steriod pills for one week, all symptoms gone, and when it came back on mild form, discovered that physical stress factor caused by late night sleep, when sleep early, skin feel very good and not reddish anymore. If you cant sleep well, try melatonin.

During the reddish stage, avoid:

Nuts(Especially peanuts)

Alcohol

Prawn and Crabs(Shellfish can take a bit)

Basically I eat anything except above.
Even on normal, try not to take peanut and ONLY take small portion of seafood. Alcohol if can try to avoid as the reddish will recover much more slowly.

no more peanut butter for me. sad.gif

when did you start having this eczema? mind started this year, never had this kind of problem before in my 24 years of life. rclxub.gif
