um. i think they are shroom germ+ and double bbq spit. both can be exchanged from Argosy Captain. shroom germ+ you can sometimes get as reward from Junior when you kill altaroth in moga village.

shroom germ+ icon is like potion but yellow in colour. double bbq spit icon is the yellow bbq spit.

Yup just realized that I was to barter with the Argosy Captain a couple of mins after my post when a wild 'yellow conversation box' appeared on top him. Do his items for barter shuffle randomly, or he would inform every time there's a change in his inventory?

He would have full inventory by default setting, meaning he is set to visit 3 places in default. However this would make his trip longer before he would come back to trade. Doesn't really matter whether to send to all places or come back quick, the end result is the same.
