Ya lah... SG stuff cheaper... stock EVO X rim quoted SGD700 before nego... stock EVO X spoiler quoting SGD350. All those stock stuff or mid level stuff (stuff we buying) are cheaper there... cause they going for the 18/19/20" inches... full carbon bodykit etc... sigh... purchasing power different mah..

just drive like a normal car, except shifting when the car is creeping.

put to N and brake lah..it is not that fragile, just that shifting gears while creeping can damage the gearbox.

why no1 read the manual ah? rclxub.gif

Hi Guys,

After being a silent reader for almost a year starting from the 20k sound system to the latest insect  tongue.gif ...finally I made a decision to buy a inspira instead of Cruze, Forte and Fiesta. I never had a chance to test drive 2.0AT and just straight away deal in Mudah..However, sitting in my friend 1.8MT is already good enough to me  thumbup.gif . Anyway, since I’m still newbie in a car (my first ever car), hopefully master shifu at here are very kind enough to share their knowledge like I always read  notworthy.gif ..Keep it up!!...a bit sad though because hoping for WWD but only managed to get WWC lol..Anyway my first question, what a good tire pressure for the car  icon_question.gif , reading all those comment involved in accident make me scare to take my car this Friday (because of work commitment I have to ask the Sa to leave the car at shop  sad.gif )...thanks again.. Hopefully can join TT with u all someday..Cheers  icon_idea.gif  rclxm9.gif

Welcum welcum... Glad you made the SMART choice smile.gif

Tire pressure can be range from 32-35 depending on your preference. When I got the car, it was pumped till 43!! So pls check when you collect the car. Pls also check the paint job as it could be left at stock yard for a while, therefore avoid collecting in the evening when you cannot inspect it properly.

1. Sound could be some rust built up overnight, is normal.

2. As advised, pls do not free gear (N) when slowing down, there is no purpose nor will you save anymore fuel unlike mt (even in mt, theoratically were taught not to free gear but engage lower gear; free gear = no control). For auto it may or may not kill ur cvt but constant shifting between N-D-P only add stress to ur gb. Just stay in D unless you are waiting for more than 5 mins.
*
For Manual... just step on the clutch... so easy... but i like ot let engine brake... then you get the "BRUUUP BRUUUP BRUUUP" exhaust sound.. so nice tongue.gif

Yeah same here....mine was like pumped to 300kpa or something...and i have drove a lot before i realized that....sweat.gif...so make sure you go to the petrol station and pump the correct amount the first thing you do when you get the car.

Hard brake need to calibrate the cable i think. It will get loose after a while. Still, I nvr really trust teh handbrake 100% . My wira handbrake is now useless no matter how many times I go calibrate it.

Yeap, I checked my car tyre pressure when I first got it...it was 280 kpa....Went striaght to petronas to deflate it. sweat.gif
