yeah...u r right, vegaics and chimera can play 720p mkv smoothly. d vegacream mod do realize this problem when playing youtube videos in hd...hope he can solve this bug.

Added on April 28, 2012, 5:33 amhave u tested d usb port and usb cable? before flashing rom...i usually turn on my tab and connect it to my pc and transfer some test files between them to make sure d connection is right. only after that i turn off d tab and start nvflash.

If u r stuck in vegaics..then ur only hope is in using vegacream which is flashable thru cwm....so no need to go into nv mode.

Already flash vegaCream alpha2. The power button gave me hell!!!! Pad goes to sleep mode so fast and I couldn't wake it up using the power buttton after a few press. Now back on vegaICS beta1.

I saw that from tabletRom website there is two posts which is VegaICS beta1 and another is VegaICS[PATCHES],and inside the patches there have two ROM,actually which one is the latest and which one are most recommended?

Anyone know the latest price for this tab?

I think you need usb drivers. I'm sure yr computer has it as you have flashed before. You just need to update usb driver fr yr comp.

so this 10s driver has never been installed i think

yeah...same as mine also...need to flash 2 times...after flash straight away set display to sleep = 5 minutes. abit weird coz after several restarts later...this power button prob becomes less and less to occur. But d sleep to death bug will also appear after screen goes blank but this happens very random. solution is to make sure wifi is turned off before turning off screen.

Added on May 1, 2012, 2:22 ammaybe usb cable is defective or length is too long. or tab's usb port is defective. at windows pc...open Device Manager...expand Universal Serial Bus controller tree and try to connect ur tab with ur pc and see if there's any new device being detected. if got...then all u need is d win. device driver...if not then either one of ur usb cable, port or tab got problem.

I think u should wait for vegacream alpha3 coz IMO it will come with better power menu (hopefully less buggy power button as well) and working BT.

Thanks for the recommendation,may I know where to download scanno's update patch,I search the forum,but it is removed.

Download and install scanno's update file AppUpdater-20120401.zip 1st, then install kernel update VegaICSKernelTSUpdate2.zip. use cwm to intall both files on ur vegaics beta1. U also maybe need to wipe data, cache and Dalvik cache before installing d update. if u face gapps problem after update...u also need to do factory reset from cwm.
