Is hdmi working when connected to tv?

yup. usb n hdmi not working as for vegacomb 3.2 build 8.1. intended to go honeyice. any issues you encountered?

was on 9 update 3 last time. no issues with hdmi output

Cant tell yet. My home telly still on SD..old TV..others working fine still bluetooth and wifi cant work together..abit twitchy. Tried to send a divx format movie from my LG optimus one but failed however MP4 can. ermm...still take time to really explore this tablet.

i can confirm that viewcomb 3.2 build 6.3 does have full screen HDMI output (tested on my 1080p pc monitor) but USB need to set to host 1st (using Shuttle Tools) in order to use thumb drive. For honey ice 3.2.7 RC2.1, both HDMI and USB works automatically. Its a known bug that using wifi and BT at da same time will make d tablet unstable...u can't transfer files using BT while using wifi...but u can still use BT when connected to BT peripherals (mouse, headphones etc).

BTW...been using latest honey ice...but seems it eats battery when on standby (screen off)..thus battery only lasts about 10-12 hours when on standby. But...i found out using d included CPU master by ticking d standby (Screen off) profile and using Scaling = powersave will improve standby time to 15-20 hours. For even better batt save...i installed Battery Saver app from market and enabled it just before standby. when using wifi..better to set CPU master scaling = conservative to keep d clock speed as low as possible.

i need some help here. i hav a viewpad 10s wifi on viewcomb 6.3. and just about to try to flash it with vegacomb. so i connect the tab to my laptop using male to male usb, done the 2 sec back 2sec on thingy, but my laptop just wont recognize my tab. its running on windows 7 ultimate 64bit. did i miss out some usb driver? thanks for any help..

i'm currently using honeycomb 6.3 but i wish to upgrade to version vegacomb 3.2 9n update 3.

any1 here help how o upgrade to this version..?? TQ

version 6.3 and 7.1 got bug on camera because the picture cant save into MMC card

Thx guys, i managed to flash back 2.3 from the error flashed 3.2 by the seller.

Now I can use the keyboard, but when I try to add account, it doesn't work.
It pops up a msg with unable to open connection to server, the connection is there n i tested using browser, no prob.

Btw, app center looks awful, should move on to latest 3.2 soon i guess.

refer to page 11. there's one thread (by rendude) that explained it all. for me, the tricky part is after setting up wifi, i clicked power button to go recovery but waited and nothing happened. so i force close and restart with blank screen then touched the screen and the command for recovery is there to do the last part. maybe its just me with this noob.

I am thinking of getting the 3g version so that I can have the GPS as well. Planning to use it in my car. Anyone tested any GPS app on it? Also does anyone sell the car holder for this tablet?

just curious, after install custom firmware how much internal storage left?

if using link2sd and install games that require download additional data, where will the data being store?

Need help. To format/partition sd card ie ext2 as 2nd primary for better memory space? Is it from tablet or other programs thru pc cos I've read that if partition from tablet thru cwm, it'll brick it but some said it wouldnt. Confused! Guide please. Thank you.

It can support Chinese input but u need to install Google Pinyin keyboard from market.

maybe even a china tab will do better than this tab in terms of viewing angle

if u want jz buy it. u wont regret it
