KBT no RPM, freestyle area is small, less machines, pantry aso small... the only thing i like - class is pretty big. At least more space to move around. Try BA before...too strenuous 4 me. I got knee problem, better avoid this.... Yes. Hardcore Strength will be introduced in FF and not just limited to Paradigm mall. |

How come only FF members is active in lowyat?
