hi peeps just joined the FF under corp rate (not very cheap also...); was wondering if anyone have been to aveK or mbf FF and what do you think about it

I want to ask, how much do you have to pay to get in?

i honestly think they no longer provide any corp rate for my company coz auditors are lazy bunch lol. she was just being nice by waiving off those joining fee and since i joined mid month, i paid 20 for the remaining 2 weeks for this month ^^

by means of gettin in, first month normally ppl would pay about 300+, if you opt out of the bodyfirst. monthly would be just as others were saying, about 190 per mth?

Pay a visit to TF in Jaya 33...or CF in mid valley....big with swimming pool, spa, jacuzzi.

If not so many lowyat ppl keep saying that TF is suck, I might be a TF member now.

But somebody told the TF swimming pool is only opened on certain day during the week, shower curtain is dirty etc...Info are from one of FF member (of course she don't like TF, otherwise she won't come back FF right). U can confirm the info with others..FF got quite a number of former TF and CF members.

As for CF in midvalley, they used to have dedicated lady work out area....now I am not sure. The MV gym is formerly belongs to California fitness and Jacky Chen is their former shareholder.

KOHIT>> I'll ask other members and see what they say about TF and CF. But anyway a long time member said that a lot of FF members left and went to Gorgeous, especially the Bkt Tinggi outlet. Gorgeous is cheaper and apparently facilities better, newer (no doubt since they have just opened about 1-2 years).

I'm comfy with FF actually, closer community plus I'm friends with most trainers and staffs

Ha Ha...members in and members out. All gyms are the same.

If you look at FF facebook, there are lots of complaints from members too..There is just no perfect gym around.

lol yeah, their FB page will include comments from me too there's always something not in good condition... but at least posting it on FB page things tend to get fixed much faster (in comparison to complaining at front desk). As long as something is being done, I'm okay about it.

Doesn't matter if you know you want find me on FF Malaysia also quite easy... I always post up group pictures/ activities there.
