I tot the Lesmill program has the standard XX tracks that last for 1 hour....Standard rhythm already built into each tracks...

Let say 8 tracks in total, so the half hour class only did 4 of them? Then the instructor choose the best 4 tracks for the class or what?

One class consist of 10 tracks including warm up and cool down. LesMills has 45min format and 30min express class format. 30min is pretty intense, do all the tough tracks in one go ^^; then again, there's no such thing as easy track.

Special class wise - when we're crazy we go 90min. And even crazier is 120min Special Class. Anything beyond that screams injury.
