The salesman today call me now they offer additional 1% deiscount.. mean only need to pay 2% down payment..

500k now condo really expensive ..i just bought koi kinrara 1405sqf RM301per sqf next year done completed .

The main access road is suck. side road all fully parked by Vilamas apartment resident and only one line available for IN/OUT
