The salesman today call me now they offer additional 1% deiscount.. mean only need to pay 2% down payment..

Koi Kinrara - 1000 units on 6.28 acres of land
Zefer Hills - 346 units on 5.768 acres of land

not a direct comparison, it depends what you want and how much you can afford...

The main access road is suck. side road all fully parked by Vilamas apartment resident and only one line available for IN/OUT sad.gif

Ask the SA she said developer will widen the road but not sure when???

Ask the SA to show some sort of letter or approval if they have plan to widen the road
this developer once did a new access road for 1 of their former project (villa pavilion) and significantly cut down on extra journey and time going in and out of the area.. they did show an approval letter from MPSJ when they sell the apartment, the new access road was completed even before villa pavilion got VPed, at least they kept their promise..

Talk is cheap, at least they hav to show some prove

But if build a bridge to PJS side, then the cars from PJS/Old Klang Road/Bdr Sunway also will use the same road to avoid toll...how? Also becoming very jam jam later...
Better alternative will be to put a LRT station here...haha
