Today i went to Zefer to do some leakage inspection during rain. I for one is a disappointed buyer with what happened today. I think those who want to buy Villamas project should think twice. Their workmanship is extremely poor with tons of leakage around the building.

For those of you talking so high regarding this developer please come and buy my property. I am letting go.

Whatever happened today is telling me Zefer can't withstand the test of time.

Hmm ... VM has to solve all the issues to satisfy the owners, else all his future projects will be in trouble.

Completed project after handout to buyer still under developer warranty for about 1-2 yrs dpds on projects.
If developer don't want to/cant fix it then its a main issues for the buyer.

Usually those investor/flippers want to sell fast at high price will get hit coz
of workmanship issues.. they lost on interest pymt to bank and hard 2 sell off with low price ...so start to
rumble and grumble....

My sister also bought Zefer hill,  so far she steady only... 

This VM really smart, some facilities are not yet ready, but still handover keys, stop interest subsidy, charge maintenance and start 24 months warranty.

They use purchasers 24 months warranty period to finish their works. Don't think it is fair to owners / investors.

Was this property launched with DIBS?

Something like that, they call it IIS, Interest Subsidy Scheme.

Really so difficult to let go a unit ? Property agents keep contacting owners to ask whether it is for own stay or invesment.

I also got a lot of SMS from agents asking if I want to sell or rent

how come I didnot received any call for sell or rent from agent... maybe they sms my wife not me.. will check with her tonight!
anyway keen to find out how much valued that agents is offering? and also how much rental, they request?? hehe..

Anyone know infront of Zefer the metal factory area will it be demolish in near future? If really happen then it will block the view. O Hako project land was also a factory before it was demolished to gave way for the project.

how much of the rental could be after all the happenings?

Yeah im in a hope for lower price..but how is the condition of the unit? everything being fix?
