Well you gotta read the fine print guys. Here's how it's gonna work:

- There is no such thing as free iValue plan for 2 months etc.
- Advance payment shall be rebated over 5 months. 12 months - RM300, 24 months - RM500
- If say you signed up for iValue 1 - RM100 monthly for 12 months, your advance payment shall be rebated in your bill at the rate of RM60 (RM300/5) per month. Hence, you are only required to pay RM40 (RM100-RM60) for the first 5 months (excluding gov service tax). The same calculation for 24 months contract, ie. RM100 rebate per month.

To the rest, please refrain from posting about ROI, launch day, collections. You may head to the launch day and general iPhone 5 discussion thread for that.

Let's keep this thread clean on focus only on rates and plans discussions.

So that means, if it's a 24 months contract, we already paid for the following 5 months when we bought the phone and plan, right?

If you are taking the iValue 1 as a reference, yes. RM100 rebate for 5 months hence you would have to pay for anything, except maybe the service tax.

Hi guys,
I would like to ask. I am currently a digi prepaid user.
If i go to the ROI event and get my iphone5 from there could i do a conversion of my service provider? Or i could get a temp number from there first? Anyone been through this before?

Using your current number onto another network, while also maintaing its prefix (013, 010, 016, 018, etc). In this case, transferring your non-Maxis number onto Maxis network.

Mind you, porting your number may take days.

Yeap. Has been discussed before. No more additional charges but speed throttling instead once you exceeded your monthly data cap.
*
But, if u read the t&c. There mention max charge data is RM250. So means what?

For the current iValue, maybe no more cap. But for the newly sign up iphone5 plan. They going to charge you once you exceeded your quota. However, they will just charge you until RM250 no matter how much data you use.

Yup. I received the error on details as well.

Please refer to the confirmation email sent to you and you will notice the actual price is following the package price.

Mine is wrong on the date which it stated to collect by today rclxub.gif

RM300/5 = RM60 rebated each month.

If you take iValue 1, your monthly amount (RM100 or more) will be given a RM60 rebate from what you paid. This process continue for 5months.
