- as long the seller / shop sold you the all new official set ( default with manufacturer warranty), once you have register warranty, any manufacture fault, buyer should refer back manufacturer for warranty (　by buyer him self or with seller's help ). no matter what ever brand such as Dell, Hp , Lenovo and etc . Is not seller / shop manufacture the Laptop, you ask refund from them for what ?

- Unless, you buy used unit, seller/ shop given you personal warranty.

I heard a lot of probs with the Penang branch. I wonder if Kl face the same problem too

I hope you get your refund bro, or maybe upgrade to G55. Rma for 3times in 5months is really serious. I can only imagine how pissed you are right now.

So far, i've read a lot of probs regarding Asus after sales service, Dell's hardware prob, Hp's overheat issues. Acer... haiya acer you know la.. and so many stuff for other brands as well. Its hard to say which one is the "best" laptop but just pray that you're lucky enough to not end up with a faulty unit. In this case, xxxcriminal has a problem with both hardware and after sales service, and thats a deadly combination

Just went to lowyat and saw some shops actually selling G55, all of them said it does not comes with mouse, only got bag.

our seller said he's waiting at distributor side for good news yesterday. but today nothing happen yet...

price? ask them to show the box. See whether it is a sealed unit or not.

but now the problem is Asus will refund me how much, RM 3999, or less than that....

maybe will buy G55, because the the spec n the price is interesting but really no confident with asus product quality..... aiks....
