and yesterday asus penang call me, ask me to him them a chance... WHAT? RM4K notebook need to rma 3 time , what a shame... direct ask him refund for me...
and this model jz 5 month only, need to rma 3 times already.... i really cannot accept~~~

the person in charge say is difficult to find another model to exchange with my G53SX, what the !@#$%^, i really hot at that time, direct ask him refund~~~

he said they never have refund case in penang,
i said but KL have this case,
he say, he need to refer KL 1st....

i have also heard problem with asus 'black screen' thats y im scared to buy the asus g55 so early..wait for some review first..for those who has $$$ go with alienware

alienware spec is not as good as asus wor.. unless u r willing to pay more..

yes if you r willing to pay more..the alienware laptop is a super gaming laptop..havent heard of any problems with alienware..but remember, for the same spec the price for alienware is more.

i really like G-series but, asus screw up~~
now really confuse and scare to choose asus product...
or jz buy G55, but worried about the product quality~~

ya, alienware dun have 15.6 inch....
and expensive ...

i also scared about the asus g55..the quality not sure good yet..so im waiting..alienware only got 11,14,17 inch...the 14 inch is nice and yeah, its expensive

a lot complained about alienware too.. i myself had my screen changed for hot pixel issue.. but service was good.

i think it's luck la.. too bad if we got a faulty unit

mine case is , after change the mobo n gpu , still have problem wor...

dont know yet bro, got shop selling rm3999/rm4999(3d version), got lowyat sellers selling less than that.the new asus product guide will come out in june..i went and ask my trusty computer shop, they told that asus is currently not shipping g55 offifially yet to malaysia..the laptops now that lowyat members selling is direct import from luar negara..very limited

one more thing..i called the asus hotline just now and the lady told that g55 and g75 will become official when:

1.product guide contains that models
2.asus malaysia website got that product
