Hope Digi will revise the pLAN
*
It is not a big difference, Digi is only 5 ringgit more expensive.

To me it ia worth it because I rarely go to KL and Digi's network serves me really well.

Compared to Umobile, Digi has a much wider 4g coverage.

Since many of Digi user here using plan rm65 and above, wanna ask about iflix 12 months subscription only using via digi network right? If so, for sure data will suck up fast. Or I can just watch using the account on laptop? I don't see any login when I activated 12 months free iflix digi account.
*
I think only through Digi's network.

Well I would say Digi 4G in Penang is pretty awesome, I have Celcom and Digi line, Digi outperforms Celcom in some areas such as Tanjung Bungah and Tanjung Tokong and Digi got 4G+ in Penang Island too.
*
Yeah, I travel to penang sometimes and their 4G usually outperforms Celcom's network, in terms of speed and coverage.

So nice !!

Still under contract another 5 months, otherwise, will definitely  switch to this plan
*
What is your current plan? Might be worth it to terminate the contract.

Same, Plan 78, no unlimited call and only 3 GB sad.gif

If no mistaken, RM200 will be imposed if terminate the contract early... But I saw people commented that within 2 months contract can terminate and sign another plan, is this correct ??
*
No idea, but you can ask Digi. Hope the penalty won't be too harsh. rclxms.gif

I just recently move from iDigi50 to Smartplan65v (unlimited call + 3gb data), today I went to Digi Store requesting to upgrade to Smartplan75v.
The staff told me I need to use current Smartplan65v for at least 1 month before I can switch again.
*
Well, I just switched from SM 65V to SM65 more internet just last week.

I contacted Digi thru their twitter and said there was no cooldown.

So I called Digi CS and finished upgrading under 5 mins.

Hmm, I wonder why is that Digi Store near my place said cooldown 1 month usage. Maybe it's about commision?
If I terminate current account they got no %? Now I'm looking for online Digi agent to do the upgrade.
My current 3gb still lots left. I wonder if 7gb really necessary. How's your usage?
*
I can finish 20 GB per day with 4G. I use my data mostly for youtube. You shoud just call Digi CS at 016 221800. All they really do is do some verification and wait for the agent on the phone to enter all the details.

Plus, they will charge you in pro rata. Meaning to say they won't charge you the full amount, only by day.

Good luck flex.gif

idk if i should be mad on the staff or not. I even ask her to check on system about it, and she told me to come again on 29 Feb, which supposedly 1 month plus since my last upgrade. 29 Feb is the last day of the offer. Thanks for the info. Maybe I should log some compaint about this to their CS? No?
*
Call their CS to upgrade AND complain biggrin.gif

Problem solved! rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Calling in to their CS is the worst experience comparing others... In terms of waiting...
*
Yeah, they should dedicate some CS agent just for their subscribers.

Hi all, i wanna ask if DIGI prepaid internet is suitable for online gaming in highly congested area such as condominium. I'm currently thinking of getting my personal broadband solely for gaming as most of the time i use Wifi shared with housemates. I've check the coverage map and it shows that the area that i stayed in has 4G LTE-A coverage. How reliable is that information from DIGI website coverage checker? I live in high floor of condominium will DIGI coverage reach?
*
Maybe, but you can always just get a prepaid sim to try it out.

type of modem matters? I'm currently using old 2010 generation modem broadband, I've tried Maxis at the congested high floor area and got around 100ms ping but unstable when playing online game.
*
The only way to use LTE-A is with a LTE-A smartphone, right now Digi do not have a LTE-A modem.
