Since many of Digi user here using plan rm65 and above, wanna ask about iflix 12 months subscription only using via digi network right? If so, for sure data will suck up fast. Or I can just watch using the account on laptop? I don't see any login when I activated 12 months free iflix digi account.

Well I would say Digi 4G in Penang is pretty awesome, I have Celcom and Digi line, Digi outperforms Celcom in some areas such as Tanjung Bungah and Tanjung Tokong and Digi got 4G+ in Penang Island too.

If no mistaken, RM200 will be imposed if terminate the contract early... But I saw people commented that within 2 months contract can terminate and sign another plan, is this correct ??

I just recently move from iDigi50 to Smartplan65v (unlimited call + 3gb data), today I went to Digi Store requesting to upgrade to Smartplan75v.
The staff told me I need to use current Smartplan65v for at least 1 month before I can switch again.

Hmm, I wonder why is that Digi Store near my place said cooldown 1 month usage. Maybe it's about commision?
If I terminate current account they got no %? Now I'm looking for online Digi agent to do the upgrade.

Hi all, i wanna ask if DIGI prepaid internet is suitable for online gaming in highly congested area such as condominium. I'm currently thinking of getting my personal broadband solely for gaming as most of the time i use Wifi shared with housemates. I've check the coverage map and it shows that the area that i stayed in has 4G LTE-A coverage. How reliable is that information from DIGI website coverage checker? I live in high floor of condominium will DIGI coverage reach?

type of modem matters? I'm currently using old 2010 generation modem broadband, I've tried Maxis at the congested high floor area and got around 100ms ping but unstable when playing online game.

called dg cs and changed my wife plan to sp75.  Waiting time is bearable, the whole thing took less than 10mins. Nice work dg

How does the digi supp line work for sp75 ? How much a suppline with 1GB data ? Planning to port to digi for this plan
