It seems that I need to pay RM38 for first 12 months right? Does this RM38 includes call or sms or that's is sort of like rental fees of package and any call and sms I made I had to pay?

Call and SMS are charged extra on a pay-as-you-use basis.

RM48 + 6% tax, but that is for data plan only. Call and sms will PAYU.

Today i went to a handphone store, asked about digi super reload idd rm 15. He said that the rm 15 credit only can be used to make idd calls. Cannot be used to make local calls. is that true?

Not true. The RM15 is credited to your main balance and can be used for anything.

But the 250 free sms not exactly like what i thought, coz i used to buy 100 digi to digi sms for rm 1. So if u have balance digi-to-digi sms(mine 90). so i get only 160 free digi to digi sms(totalled up 250 digi to digi sms)

DiGi are strict on sms quotas. And your case is quite complicated cos the 100 sms for RM1 have no validity whereas the Social sms only last 10 days [?]. I hope your Social ones are deducted first.

Because im using the RM28 plan with 300MB internet, i don't know when is my cut off date that's why I'm afraid to fully use of it. lol.
