If my simcard is lost or faulty, would I be able to retrieve back the $$ prepaid amount? what about the contact list?

My friend do face the signal problem also, and I think that is his old sim card problem, which his iPhone 5s only got 3/5 bar of signal in 3G, but I can in full bar even in LTE network
Also his sim card can't access LTE network also
I ask him to change to this current postpaid plan also, he said need to wait his prepaid credit finished first

Hi all. I wonder do DiGi have any plan for internet not for surfing but only for messaging app particularly 'WhatsApp' ?

If DiGi do, how do I subsricbe to it ? Forgot to mention, preferably cheap as it is actually for my dad...

may i know digi prepaid got package like or similiar to umobile UMI38 (150minit call to all network, 1g data, 30 sms) ?? actually i'm digi prepaid customer more than 6 year and now umobile with digi number. if digi prepaid got similiar like umobile UMI38 i  will switch back to digi.

guys...IDIGI app quota finished..but i still able to surf fb and whatsapp....can I know why? i scared digi charge me byte by byte....
