Haiz. ANOTHER wait for 4G. Not Nationwide some more. I thought when they upgrade the antennas, can operate 4G for a majority of the upgraded antennas if not ALL of it. First after GE, then end of June, then July. STOP SAYING SOON DAMN IT.

thx for the support. Hopefully everyone be patient. Digi currently under major impact of certain things that we cant avoid. Not trying to blame anyone. but we hope our DiGi customer can be patient.

DiGi claiming everything is FREE currently. I have pending complaint with them about their website, tv and radio ads that dishonestly imply Easy plan has free internet.

Actually, technically it's correct.

It's still free high speed internet via selected apps. However, the "free" internet exhibits non-free behaviour i.e. using up of high speed quota.

I believe that they didn't think the logic far enough to cater for a scenario for a customer to horde data quota via Opera mini in order to enjoy better speeds later on with other apps. This, to me is a disadvantage to a consumer who has associated the word free with Opera mini. The argument would be then, if it's free, why count it in the quota in the first place? Counting teh quota in would go against it being "free".

They should include the "quota used up first regardless" in their FAQ and not hide it in the T&C.

Nah, i think more to system not being able to handle it... But from business point, still works la... Marketing should probably be blamed though.

sms from DG informing me of the quota usage was only received hours later

seems not possible to check usage under *200# too, not good

DG needs a new Intelligent Network (was not the last upgrade 10 years back, when they introduced Beyond plan?)

What is wrong with DIGI these days? I can't reach their customer service officers through phone calls.. Tried posting a question via Digi OCS and after 6 working days there's no reply from them.

Their service is really getting sucky..

Telling me that visit nearest Digi store to get LTE SIM. Is there any charges to get the LTE SIM? or charges apply in the next bill??
