Digi only care for new postpaid sub/prepaid sub..but never appreciate for those loyal postpaid customer..i been supporting them since 2000..get nothing..only getting good to bad to horrible terrible service and customer service only......

I can assure you CS is totally wrong on that. No version of Best can switch to Easy. And no version of Easy can switch to Best. All those plans can do is update to the latest version of the same plan and after that cannot change again. If DiGi wanted to limit switching between these two plans, they could just allow only one-time change.

my error was that by "new DG prepaid" I assumed you meant "latest Best".  that way, "old Best" would fall under your term "any other prepaid plan".

I'm fully aware that we can port out of DG and then back in again, but why should it be necessary to take such a circuitous route?  DG has become increasingly user-unfriendly in recent years.

anyway. it is DG's loss.  under Easy, I need to spend at least RM300 per year to keep the line continuously active.  under Best, it is RM30 per year using SuperLongLife.

If want to change supp line to principal need to go to those Digi Center only right?

Cant find it at my menu, not applicable to old easy prepaid i think.

I think the problem maybe because your number mnp into DG.

last year, umobile use domestic roaming from celcom/maxis if they fail to have any coverage at certain area. not now, no roaming if i was at certain place with lowest coverage. But umobile is cheap.

even i port to umobile after 12yrs with Digi

Digi coverage in my area very very bad

Yesterday Digi down from 11am to duno what time at Bukit Damansara / Damansara Heights area.
No no, the free calls and sms-es goes both way. Main to sup or sup to main, share the 60 hours and 6000 sms.
And where DG Family Postpaid is only 300MB data, not 600MB, unless you're not talking about DG Family. And yes quite enough for whatsapp wechat and FB. Just don't stream video or google a lot of pictures.
